The day of delivery I was called and informed there was no helium for the balloons I ordered, so we swapped them for a candle. Less than 10 minutes later the flowers and candle were delivered to my wife at work. Blooms Floral and Gifts is a wonderful choice for beautiful floral arrangements in the Ashland area. I will definitely use them again! My only very small issue is that I asked that carnations not be included in the bouquet that I ordered for my sister, but they were. It's ok because it turns out my sister likes carnations! Otherwise, I gave them carte blanche to create a beautiful bouquet and they did! It was hand-delivered by a lovely woman to my sister and that made the whole experience even better.
